New paper about virtualisation in the Whitepaper section

Together with Quinten Laureijs (RedHat), Roland Ivens (Foundry Networks), Pieter-Jan Visser and Theresa Hatch (both from i-to-i), I have written a whitepaper giving an end-to-end overview of (server) virtualisation. It not only handles the technology side, but also the business case and the  organisational and service management impact. Contrary to the rest of the IT related whitepapers on this site, this one is in english.
